• 2 x ROTOFLEX inspection slitter rewinders for narrow web applications

Flexographic printing machine Mark Andy P7 with 9 print stations was installed to expand a printing capacity of the printing house.

New technological process was designed and implemented: in-line solventless lamination on the flexographic printing press without pre-mixing the solventless glue components. This technology enables cost-effective production of the food grade flexible packaging (flow-pack) in short runs. The UV print never touches the side of the film which will have a direct contact with food because it is over laminated immediately after printing and before the rewind.
